All products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, the product must be in original, unopened and unused condition, should you have a need to return goods, please use our Contact Us page to inform us.
Products which arrive faulty and/or damaged can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a similar product.
When returning goods, the customer will carry the cost of returning goods.
To return products, please carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging.
Please note that, once opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
In addition to our returns policy under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in original, unopened and unused condition. You must contact us at support@mangomaya.com before returning an item. Please note that in some circumstances admin and handling charges may be deducted from the total refund amount. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Refunds will normally be processed within 7-10days of receiving the goods in good condition and in its original packing. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if goods are returned damaged. If you have any concerns about our returns policy please contact us by email before making a purchase.
