The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the MangoMaya web site, please scroll through this screen, read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. MangoMaya has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the Internet. This means that when you order products from the Shop, colours may differ from what you see on the screen. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).
Pricing and Availability
All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery.
RRP is an abbreviation of Recommended Retail Price. RRP prices are displayed to highlight normal high street prices. We endeavor to manually check RRP prices periodically but cannot guarantee they are 100% accurate in all cases. Please ensure you have checked the sale and RRP prices for yourself before purchasing items from our website.
When confirmation of order is received it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). MangoMaya reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer.
Discount Codes
Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered, one discount code per customer.
Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
MangoMaya have the right to reserves the right to cancel any order over due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of discount. Offers are available for limited time only.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased as an E-Voucher or a Gift Card
Gift vouchers are only valid for a limited time and the voucher must be used by the date shown on the voucher - check your voucher to find out when to use it by.
We are afraid we cannot accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers.
We will despatch your gift voucher as soon as payment has been cleared. We are afraid we cannot be responsible for any delays, no matter how they are caused.
If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter - it is your responsibility to do so and we are afraid we cannot be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient if the email address entered is incorrect.
In addition, we cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the voucher details safe.
From time to time, gift vouchers may get caught in pesky spam filters, and it is up to the recipient to check these filters. We cannot take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipients email address because of spam filters, firewalls, and the capacity of the recipients mailbox or any other factors outside of our control.
If you need a refund, this will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, or a combination of the two).
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.
Delivery
We are currently only able to service customers in the UK market. Our delivery charges are as follows:
0 - 100g £2.20
101 - 250g £2.50
251 - 500g £3.50
Anything above 501g £4.95
Your orders will be sent out via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
Unfortunately we can not deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.
VERY IMPORTANT
A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders. Please make sure someone will be able to sign for parcels on delivery.
MangoMaya will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused due to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. Delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. MangoMaya are unable to refund delivery charges. Delivery does not guarantee next day delivery. In the event of the parcel not being delivered next day, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Order Payment
Payment online can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Delta, Electron, Switch, Maestro and Solo. Once your card has been authorised we will be despatch your order accordingly.
Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit SSL and powerful encryption.
MangoMaya does not hold any of your financial information i.e. debit/credit card details.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Website Owner and its directors, shareholders and associated persons shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, yours or your companys personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.
